User Content

By uploading User Content, you grant Booked365 a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Your content does not violate any third-party rights

Your content does not contain unlawful or harmful material

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our sole discretion.

Payment and Billing

Some features of the Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges incurred through your account, subject to the pricing and terms in place at the time of payment.

Payments are processed through our third-party provider, Stripe. We do not store credit card data.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with advance notice.

Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not affect the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, functionality, and intellectual property in the Services are owned by Booked365 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked365 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue or profits

Service interruptions or security breaches

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding

the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Booked365 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to our website with the updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any or no reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
